Requirements
4+ years of professional experience
Master's Degree in Engineering is required
Responsibilities
Attend weekly feedback meetings with assigned EU administrator (Dean of Academic Affairs, Academic Advisor, or Program Director) to review student and classroom issues
Maintain accurate attendance (daily and weekly)
Make phone calls to students who have been absent
Review and administer pre- and post-testing in all appropriate courses
Administer required surveys and assessments in all appropriate courses
Notify registrar of roster changes
Prevent "do not admit" students from entering class until cleared
Maintain an accurate and fair grading scheme for each student
Adhere to all University policies, rules, and regulations
Maintain formal, neat, legible, accurate, and organized course syllabi
Update attendance daily and grades weekly; keep physical records on campus
Conduct classes as scheduled
Prevent excessive breaks and early dismissals
Arrive 20 minutes early prepared for each session
Be available 15 minutes before class for questions and advising
Submit grades by Monday 5pm EST after each term
Ensure student adherence to University policies
Attend graduation ceremonies if possible
Keep classrooms clean and organized
Motivate and assist students academically and with attendance
Maintain current and accurate subject information
Complete annual professional development plans
Tutor students as needed
Follow all safety, health, and conduct laws and regulations
