Job Description Develop curriculum to meet each student's individual needs as indicated on the IEP.

Maintain and update an IEP for each student quarterly and during the annual review using collected data.

Collaborate with teachers and staff.

Complete educational summaries for each student quarterly and upon dismissal from the program.

Perform classroom maintenance and organization, enforce classroom rules, manage point sheets (if applicable), facilitate peer review, etc.

Assist staff in crisis intervention and physical management as needed.

About Metro Prep High School, Grade School, and Laureate Day School These schools have been supporting students with special needs for over 25 years, providing educational and therapeutic learning in a small, nurturing environment tailored to each student's needs.

Essential Duties

Develop curriculum for individual needs per IEP.

Perform classroom upkeep and enforce rules.

Assist in crisis intervention and physical management.

Schedule and Location Regular School Year: Monday - Friday

Summer School: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Wed

Start Date: ASAP

Location: 2525 E. Oakton St., Arlington Heights, IL 60005

Compensation and Requirements Pay Range: $56,431 - $61,258, based on education and experience

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, LBS 1, TCI, DCFS clearance
