The Poker Floor Supervisor supervises all dealers on assigned shift, communicates well with other departments, and delivers Bally's Standard Service. The role requires professional handling of player disputes, consistent dealer rotations, game breaking, and maintaining a clean, engaging Poker Room. Responsibilities

Build and maintain relations to ensure patrons receive superior service and information to encourage return business. Listen to guest complaints and resolve situations equitably to preserve customer service standards. Inform Poker Manager of important facts regarding specific players. Provide gaming instructions to guests when requested, or as assigned, to encourage gaming activity. Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to established rules and procedures. Actively support current marketing promotions. Accurately administer and oversee poker games, maintain table chip trays and bank roll, inspect and change equipment, manage game spread, and generate operating reports. Support staff to ensure objectives are accomplished and gaming rules, regulations, and internal controls are followed. Open and close the Poker Room on assigned shift; monitor games to ensure dealing is fast, flawless, and adheres to correct procedures. Ensure assets are protected at all times; assist in establishment and monitoring of department standards to ensure proper planning, efficient operation of card games, and adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls. Perform all duties in accordance with Bally's Standard Service Poker Parlor policies and procedures, as well as Colorado Gaming Regulations and statutes. Run Poker Tournaments. Make decisions with guests and staff. Multi-task and be detail-oriented. Qualifications

Must be 21+ years of age and have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Poker Dealer or Supervisor along with a valid Gaming License. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of Gaming Regulation Rule 10. Communicate in English, both oral and written. Basic computer knowledge and cash handling experience. Stand for long periods and provide great customer service. Balance an impressive bank of $31,000. Make change and sell chips from the bank. Balance all different types of tournament buy-ins.
