No CNA MN NAR required, unless under 18 years old.This part-time caregiver schedule includes;48 hours per two week pay periodDay shift, block scheduleEvery other weekend Sat / SundayCash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access!TowerLight Senior Living is located in historic St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Our community offers 115 units of beautifully appointed Independent Living Apartments, innovative Assisted Living Apartments, state-of-the art Memory Care and Enhanced Care Suites (as well as an intergenerational day care). Our tenured team ensures a strong commitment to delivering high end comfort and the best senior care available for our residents.Responsibilities : Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to : bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers / lifts.Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.May perform duties that include : laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.Assists with onboarding of new staff.Required Qualifications : Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkersAbility to work in a team setting and support othersCuriosity to work with a diverse and older populationCNA certificated if under 18Preferred Qualifications : High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA coursePrevious work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCABenefit OverviewEbenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
