You take ownership of multiple outlets with a focus on leadership, strategy, and results. You mentor Food and Beverage Managers, setting clear expectations and empowering them to succeed, while ensuring that every outlet operates in alignment with brand standards and business objectives. You are relentless about optimizing profitability, analyzing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for growth without ever compromising the guest experience. You walk the floor, engaging with guests, coaching staff in the moment, and ensuring service is seamless, polished, and memorable. Qualifications

You are decisive, inspiring, and a natural leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume environments. With more than ten years of progressive food and beverage management experience - including several in senior leadership - you bring a proven ability to oversee multiple outlets while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. Your background may include time in Michelin-starred or James Beard Award–winning restaurants, giving you a deep understanding of what true excellence looks like and how to teach others to deliver it.
