Overview

The lead tech needs to be able to get the techs lined up on duties for the day, submit daily reports and coordinate with the managers. Technicians will be pre-wiring and installing security systems, including access control, CCTV and intrusion alarms. Work with other techs and Project Managers by completing and filing all project documentation and collaborating on a variety of commercial installations including hospitals, airports, and corporate offices. Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all security systems at customer sites. Responsibilities

Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security systems at customer sites (Video Surveillance systems, IP and Analog cameras, wireless, Access Control panels, Intrusion Panels, magnetic locks, card readers, motion sensors, door contacts, electric door strikes, and similar components). Lead coordination of daily duties for technicians, submit daily reports, and coordinate with project managers. Complete and file project documentation and collaborate with project teams. Provide customers with system operation training and ongoing support. Maintain attention to detail by keeping concise daily records and following operational standards and practices. Coordinate with Project Management and Field Technicians for project scheduling. Qualifications & Skills

Must have PPE before starting: Hard hat with chin strips, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, vest. Regularly required to stand, climb, walk, sit, push, pull, squat, crawl, and stoop; use hands for typing and handling objects; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Power tools use required; may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
