The team delivers an outstanding guest experience in line with company values and directives. Responsibilities
Leadership and People Management
Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment for all team members. Engage team members by helping them understand how their work supports store and company success. Implement the Store Manager’s People vision and cascade it to the team. Support Store Manager in hiring and building a strong and diverse team. Support ongoing learning and development through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and development check-ins. Lead performance management activities and address performance concerns. Address employee concerns or issues, escalating as appropriate.
Guest Experience And Community
Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through guest connection, product education, and coaching for the team. Provide retail floor leadership to maintain efficient floor coverage and operations. Resolve guest feedback and issues, including escalations and urgent requests.
Operations, Product, and Strategy
Partner with other managers to review business data and metrics to inform planning processes. Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising. Open and close the store according to procedures. Adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment. Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.
Budget Responsibility
Accountable for delegated aspects of controllable budget and labor hours.
People Management
Directly responsible for a subset of store employees as delegated by the Store Manager.

Eligibility
Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule/Availability
Variable schedule including early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights, plus weekends and holidays. Experience
1 year of people management experience. 1 year of leadership experience including managing operations and projects or processes. Education & Nice-to-Have
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred). Experience: 1 year in retail or sales management. Experience: 1 year recruiting, hiring, or training employees. Work Context
Work in an environment with bright lights and music; team-based and independent work possible. May involve conflict resolution or de-escalating guest issues. Involves building relationships with customers and community partners. Some work may be performed on a computer or other devices; some time on the floor moving around the store. Occasionally may involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs. Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range: $23.19 - $31.38/hour, depending on location. Target Bonus: 25% Total Target Base Pay Range: $28.99 - $39.23/hour. Benefits include extended health and dental, paid time off, retirement plan matching, employee discount, fitness & yoga classes, and development programs.
