THE JOB As a Marketing Manager on our Corporate Entertainment & Sports team, you’ll help deliver world-class entertainment experiences across our iconic venues while driving innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns that excite fans and strengthen our brand.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (media, digital, social, PR, and partnerships) for MGM Resorts’ premier venues—including T-Mobile Arena, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Dolby Live, Mandalay Beach Concerts, and more.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Entertainment & Sports Marketing and internal stakeholders to drive brand awareness, ticket sales, and cross-promotion opportunities across the enterprise.
Serve as the team’s point person for governance of enterprise-wide marketing priorities, including owned assets, web features, email campaigns, and partner initiatives.
Lead project management efforts—ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
Partner with internal and external creative agencies to brief and execute high-impact campaigns that align with MGM’s entertainment and brand strategy.
Develop creative briefs, guide content direction, and measure campaign performance to ensure goals are met.
Stay current on industry trends, destination data, and entertainment marketing innovations to keep MGM Resorts at the forefront of the market.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ year prior relevant experience in Advertising, Brand Strategy, Marketing, Sponsorship or related field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple high-visibility initiatives.
Proven ability to write clear, actionable marketing plans and briefs.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
A passion for live entertainment and creating experiences that inspire and engage.
