NOTICE OF VACANCIES FALL COACHES MULTIPLE SITES/SPORTS/LEVELS 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR We are now accepting applications for the following coaching positions for the 2025-2026 school year. POSITIONS:
High School Head/Assistant Coach (Nipomo High School, Arroyo Grande High School) Levels:
Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity Middle School Coach
(Mesa Middle School, Paulding Middle School, Judkins Middle School) STIPEND:
Based upon position, sport, and level. REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated knowledge, competence, experience, and past success or skill in the sport or related sport Two seasons of previous coaching experience at high school or higher level (Varsity) One season’s previous coaching experience at high school or higher level (Assistant) Valid California driver’s license DOJ and FBI Background check clearance PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATIONS: External candidates:
All interested outside applicants must complete an online application via Frontline as an external candidate and include a letter of interest, resume related to sport experience, and one (1) current signed letter of recommendation or character reference. Candidates who may also need to drive students in a personal or district vehicle must also complete the Driver Registration Form online and submit a DMV Pull Notice, prior to transporting of students. Internal candidates:
All interested current certificated contracted Lucia Mar employees may complete the Interest Form online. Internal classified and substitutes must complete an online application via Frontline as an internal candidate. Include a letter of interest and resume related to sport experience. Candidates who may also need to drive students in a personal or district vehicle must also complete the Driver Registration Form online and submit a DMV Pull Notice, prior to transporting of students. Volunteer candidates:
All interested candidates applying to serve as a volunteer coach must complete the LMUSD Volunteer Registration registration form online. Volunteer coaches driving must also complete this same form online. APPLICATION DEADLINE:
