Hire, train, motivate and manage a high-performance sales teamSet sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve sales goals Health and dental insurance Referral program We are a growing organization with room for advancement! 5-Day Work Week with 'Pick Your Weekends' We sell between 80 - 100 bikes per month, new and used, all styles of motorcycles, plenty of aggressive lenders We offer training paid for by the dealership through Harley-Davidson University! Responsibilities
Manage a team of 8 salespeople Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve sales goals Coach sales team on improving sales performance and closing deals Lead regular sales meetings Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business Other duties may be assigned Requirements
Experience within the Vehicle Sales Department of a motor vehicle dealership or comparable experience managing a sales organization preferred. Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcyclesand other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them. Ability to take initiative and problem solve. Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community. The ability to balance and push a 600+lb motorcycle. Dynamic leader, team builder, strong closer, high energy, positive and outgoing Excellent communication, presentation, and social media skills Strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed Proficient in computing and quoting sales price Professional appearance Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - before, during and after a sale High School Diploma or equivalent degree or greater required Valid driver's license with a good driving record. A motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required.We will help you obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
