The Account Executive

This role is a quota-carrying, territory-based individual contributor sales position, working with prospects evaluating case management software. Key responsibilities include managing an end-to-end sales pipeline, guiding prospects through their evaluation, and closing deals effectively.

Responsibilities:

Sell Filevine to clients seeking case management solutions, especially in the legal vertical.

Demonstrate and sell our new product, Depo Co-Pilot.

Communicate the value propositions of Filevine convincingly.

Share insights that assist prospects in evaluating solutions.

Prepare tailored messaging for prospective clients.

Guide clients through the purchasing process to meet deadlines.

Accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales performance.

Utilize a CRM proficiently to manage your pipeline.

Learn and apply our sales process to increase effectiveness.

Develop strategies to grow your client pipeline.

Meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.

Partner with SDRs to build territory and identify qualified opportunities.

Report on activity and performance metrics.

Provide quarterly forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.

Motivated to join an innovative, growing company.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline management, and objection handling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.

This is an in-office position.
