Job Summary

St Joseph Medical Center is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our Environmental Services team as Hospital Environmental Services Technicians. In this vital role, you will play a key part in maintaining a healthy and comfortable environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning: Dusting, disinfecting, and cleaning patient rooms, offices, hallways, bathrooms, operating rooms, and other hospital areas using appropriate equipment and supplies.
Linen Services: Handling clean and soiled linen, including unloading carts, stocking supplies, and removing soiled linens. Assist with linen distribution as needed.
Waste Management: Safely and properly disposing of regular and infectious waste in accordance with hospital protocols.
Equipment Maintenance: Keeping cleaning equipment and supplies organized and in good working order.
Safety: Following all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to infection control procedures.
