What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) both in-person and virtually, providing essential clinical and reimbursement information
Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives
Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, key opinion leaders, and advocacy organizations
Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling skills
Accurately track and report sales activities, business expenses, and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
Proven success in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Must reside within the territory or within 30 miles of its border and possess a valid driver’s license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex or account-based selling environments
Demonstrated advanced selling skills and business acumen
Ability to work independently and adapt to change
Strong grasp of payer dynamics, including Part D and specialty pharmacy/hub distribution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms
