About the Role Our dynamic New Business team is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our award-winning sales team. In this role, you’ll drive new business by leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies, identifying key decision makers, and nurturing relationships that lead to qualified sales opportunities. Reporting to a gNS Sales Leader and working closely with our Business Development Managers, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and help pave the way for long-term partnerships.
In this position you will strive for continuous improvement with the goal of advancing into higher-level sales roles within 6-12 months.
Responsibilities
Inbound lead qualification
Manage outbound sales campaigns targeting designated prospect lists through strategic calling, emailing, and online research
Leverage inbound marketing efforts to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Relationship Building
Assist in identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key decision makers to establish a network of prospective clients
Work closely with sales teams to schedule and secure qualified appointments.
Requirements
Have prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or inside sales is preferred.
Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional and clear telephone manner
Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field
Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and LinkedIn
Be highly competitive, self-motivated, adaptable and organized with effective time management skills
Utilize company systems and tools to manage customer data
Follow defined processes meticulously while maintaining a detail-oriented mindset

Compensation $35,000 base plus uncapped target commission of $15,000 (broken down and paid monthly).
