Key Account Manager (KAM) in our Oncology Hematology team , you will be the strategic lead for your territory. You’ll drive access, adoption, and advocacy for GSK’s innovative oncology portfolio by building deep partnerships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and decision-makers. Your work will directly support successful launches and long-term growth of our hematology pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess a strong scientific mindset, business acumen, exceptional communication skills and an ability to work with ease in a cross-functional team. Product Promotion and Education:

Deliver high quality customer calls to specialised health care professionals, integrating digital tools (e-detail, 1:1 email etc.) using a 360-degree omnichannel approach to deliver appropriate content. Stay up-to-date with in-depth knowledge of GSK’s products, strategies, positioning and understanding of the latest advancements in hemato-oncology research and treatment options.

Customer Relationship Management:

Effectively plan for and engage health care professionals in scientific discussions that appropriately challenge status quo and raise task tension to ensure GSK products are optimally prescribed to the right patient at the right time. Identify and address the specific needs of each customer, healthcare institution, and patient pathway, and tailor support and content accordingly.

Strategic Account Planning:

Develop, own and execute comprehensive Strategic Account Management plans for key healthcare providers and organizations that focus investment to maximize value for customers, patients and territory growth. Develop effective internal relationships and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues both in field and head office to bring in external insights and create new, impactful ideas together to achieve optimal patient outcomes in key accounts.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

Identify area trends and opportunities, understand and communicate regional performance, competitor activities, customer networks, and customer feedback to develop insightful, effective sales strategies and inform regional account plans. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns.

Compliance and Reporting:

Adhere to all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities. Represent GSK in a way consistently demonstrating respect, transparency, and integrity that puts patients first and protects the company reputation.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate appropriately and proactively with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs and commercial, to support product launches and ongoing initiatives.

Insights:

Continuously build understanding of customer needs and expectations, territory landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, diseases, products and clinical expertise. Share market intelligence with the manager and team to achieve alignment, anticipate environmental change and optimize brand strategy and execution. Attend conferences, seminars, and industry events to network and gather insights and proactively share back to the team.

Accountability:

Accurately plan and manage a budget for events, meetings and other costs in the territory to deliver activities that drive ROI and high impact.

What you bring to the role

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field (master’s degree preferred)

5+ years in an oncology role with significant and recent hematological oncology experience (minimum 3 years; myelofibrosis and multiple myeloma are preferred)

5+ years of sales/KAM experience, with a proven track record of successful product launches (oncology preferred)

Excellent mastery of tech tools (CRM, iPad, edetail, Excel, PowerPoint, Cloud Services, etc.)

Strong understanding of Poland pharmaceutical market dynamics, oncology healthcare system and reimbursement pathways, and payer landscapes

Fluent in Polish; ability to communicate in English

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to travel within territory and domestically as required

Must be at ease with technology (the use of various tools/systems to perform day-to-day tasks).
