Engage with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to educate clients about solar energy benefits. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach initiatives. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and local incentives to provide expert advice. Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation for client visits. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainability and clean energy. High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is preferred. Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company. About Us
