Harness is looking for sales champions and leaders who are passionate about building a great software company and achieving strong quarterly results. Key Responsibilities
Exceeding your number – winning new enterprise logos Forecasting accurately, communicating clearly, and aligning with the team Being data-driven and using Salesforce and other tools to track progress Managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close Collaborating with other teams, including sales engineering and sales development About You
A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals Account planning and execution skills Ability to sell to C-Level and across IT and business units Consistent overachievement of quota with a strong W2 track record Understands the value of a strong sales methodology such as MEDDIC Proven consultative sales solution skills with ability to articulate ROI Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Work Location

OTE for this position is $325,000; Base Salary: $162,500; Variable: $162,500. Salary is determined by location, level, experience and skills.
