provides luxury pergolas and pavilions to enhance outdoor spaces. As a partner of The Home Depot for over a decade, we create the ultimate outdoor living experience. Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads to schedule consultations and onsite meetings with potential customers interested in Studio Shed, Studio Home, and custom pergolas or pavilions. Handle the Florida territory, including visiting retail locations and clients. Design and quote structures, photograph and measure installation sites, close sales, and process project documents and payments. Maintain relationships with big box retailers and produce building plans using CAD or coordinate with our design team. Apply for building permits, conduct site visits for quality control, and submit orders to production. Qualifications:
Minimum three years of outside sales experience. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to obtain necessary badges. Strong work ethic, highly organized, self-motivated, and sales-oriented. Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Salesforce); CAD or Sketchup experience is a plus. Ability to drive long distances and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Experience or background in construction or project management is preferred. Must be able to:
Grow sales in the assigned territory. Maintain displays at multiple retail locations. Drive long distances daily/weekly and work outdoors. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and installation process. Create working drawings, take measurements, and ensure project accuracy. Compensation:
Base salary plus commission (30-40%), paid bi-weekly. Company vehicle, fuel, cell phone, laptop, and tablet provided. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401-K, Paid Vacation and Holidays (post-probation). Pay: $40k-$55k + commission potential.
