Restaurant Front Of House Manager Requirements & Qualifications

2 -5 years Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume setting with volume over $8 Million annually Highly polished and professional Exhibit strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized. Must have food and alcohol training certified (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). Possess excellent communication skills to effectively connect with all team members and guests. Must be 21

Restaurant Front Of House Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 50 hours per week. Capable of standing/walking for up to 8 hours per shift and Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Adapt to working in both warm and cool environments, both indoors and outdoors. Tolerate higher levels of noise from music and guest traffic. Be prepared to handle potential allergens, including peanut products, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish.
