Restaurant Chef

Harvest Hospitality Group . We are seeking a Restaurant Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation. Current restaurant hours are 12PM - 9PM Thursday - Sunday. As the golf course season changes, hours may adjust to 10AM - 4PM daily, with Thursday and Friday staying at 9PM. There are opportunities to assist the catering department on banquets, holiday parties, etc. The front of house and back of house share a tip pool, so the kitchen receives 15% of the pool (daily). Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day culinary operations Coordinate food and kitchenware orders Check freshness and quality of ingredients Assist in the development of menu items Standardize recipes and plate presentations Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests Qualifications
Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields Knowledge of cost and labor systems Passion for food and serving customers Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Company Description

We primarily focus on off-premise catering and contract services across various industries, including schools and event locations, including the re-imagined Hopewell Valley Golf Club.
