PracticeLink Orthopedic Surgeon: Fellowship Trained Total Joint Surgeon preferred, with robotic, outpatient, and revision experience.
The Salisbury VA Health Care System is actively seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon interested in expanding a busy Orthopedic Total Joint practice that currently utilizes a CORI robot. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those who have served our country. This position is based in the Surgery Service Line at the Salisbury VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC. The Orthopedic service operates under the overall management of the Section Chief of Orthopedics. The incumbent is responsible and accountable for ensuring the provision of comprehensive surgical and clinical services, and for complying with established policies within the Department of Surgery/Orthopedic section. Salisbury is set in the rolling hills of North Carolina's Piedmont region, with convenient access to the Charlotte metro and Raleigh Durham area. Requirements: Board Certified/Eligible Full, unrestricted medical license in any State Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an accredited program Residency training completed and approved by the VA, leading to eligibility for board certification U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered if qualified citizens are unavailable) Preferred Experience:
Board Certified and Fellowship trained in Total Joint Replacement and Revisions, with experience developing outpatient and revision total joint programs. Academic Affiliation:
