Penn State Greater Allegheny has an immediate opening for the position of Head Women\'s Soccer Coach. This is a new role that will initially start as a club sport in 2026-2027 and transition to an intercollegiate sport by 2027-2028. This is a part-time, 9-month position reporting to the Director of Athletics. Penn State Greater Allegheny is a member of the Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) and the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA). Application Process

The Head Women\'s Soccer Coach is responsible for the organization and administration of all phases of a comprehensive soccer program. Motivate student-athletes, maintain high academic standards, promote healthy lifestyles, demonstrate leadership, manage team dynamics, and ensure compliance with NCAA regulations. Requirements and Qualifications

Successful background in coaching and playing experience preferred. Ability to work in outdoor environments in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold. Evidence of the ability to build a winning program consistent with the values of NCAA Division III and the mission of Penn State Greater Allegheny; understanding of, and commitment to, NCAA, PSUAC, and USCAA Rules and Regulations.
