Job Summary We are seeking an on call professional and dependable Shuttle Driver to join our 24-hour transportation team under a two-year fixed-term contract. Drivers will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services for passengers along assigned routes or schedules. This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a company shuttle vehicle safely and efficiently along designated routes
Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and transporting belongings if necessary
Maintain a clean and orderly shuttle interior and report any safety concerns
Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Complete daily logs of mileage, charge batteries, and trip activity
Report vehicle issues or incidents immediately
Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with passengers, staff, or members of the public
Other Duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Valid California Driver’s License (Class B with passenger endorsement preferred)
Clean driving record (DMV printout required at time of hire)
1+ year of previous professional driving experience preferred
Ability to work on a rotating schedule (day, evening, overnight, weekends, holidays)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
