Role Overview: The Onsite Engagement Manager acts as the primary liaison between the client and delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication, successful execution of AI-driven healthcare solutions, and high client satisfaction. This role blends project leadership, domain expertise, and technical acumen to deliver transformative outcomes in healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Management Serve as the face of the organization at the client site. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Align delivery strategies with client business goals and healthcare outcomes. Program & Delivery Oversight Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and analytics solutions in healthcare. Coordinate cross-functional teams across data engineering, application development, and ML/AI. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to SLAs. Techno-Functional Consulting Translate healthcare business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with data science teams to integrate ML models into healthcare workflows. Review solution architecture and ensure alignment with client needs. AI Engineering & Data Strategy Guide ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Provide strategic input on AI/ML use cases such as predictive analytics, patient risk scoring, and operational optimization. Governance & Reporting Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and governance meetings. Monitor risks, dependencies, and program health. Report progress and value realization to client leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in client-facing engagement/delivery roles. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR), and digital transformation. Proven experience in AI/ML implementation in healthcare (e.g., diagnostics, patient engagement, clinical decision support). Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with global delivery models and cross-regional team coordination. Pay: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $160,000 - $200,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period. As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
