We are seeking an experienced Account Executive who will work to prospect, nurture, demo, and close opportunities with innovative dealerships. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, technical individual with a strong belief that exceptional digital experiences can meaningfully improve the consumer experience when shopping for a vehicle online. In This Job, You Can Expect To
Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities with new clients. Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and post-demo follow up. Manage a full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Develop strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers and digital marketing leaders. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and dealership technology needs. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has/Is
Evidence of exceptional ability 3+ years of experience SaaS sales in automotive A high performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000 base salary with OTE of $250,000 This pay scale is inclusive of various prerequisites and levels of proficiency, and will be further narrowed throughout the interview process. Your compensation will additionally include meaningful stock option compensation. Motive contributes 100% of the cost of employees' and 50% of dependents' health, dental, and vision insurance premiums. Work Location:
