Serve as the primary contact for equipment dealers and farmer users, ensuring they receive adequate training and support Build strong relationships with dealership teams to enhance platform adoption and usage Deliver product demonstrations and onboarding sessions, both in-person and online Collect and analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to inform product improvements Assist in creating marketing content, including training materials and promotional assets What is Required (Qualifications)
1 to 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales support within the agriculture industry Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences Proven ability to connect with dealers and farmers, understanding their operational challenges Demonstrated organizational skills and initiative in a fast-paced environment Comfort with technology and a desire to assist non-technical users How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in marketing, communications, or content creation, including experience with writing and content capture Experience in creating training materials and presentations using tools like Canva Previous experience working remotely and managing travel effectively Familiarity with agricultural equipment and dealership operations #AgTech #CustomerSuccess #Marketing #HybridWork #CareerGrowth
