Off-The-Road Regional Sales Manager
Reports To:
Director of Off-The-Road Colony Tire is currently seeking a full-time Off-The-Road Regional Sales Manager to join our team! Summary The OTR Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in growing Colony Tire’s Off-The-Road tire business. This position is responsible for identifying and securing new customers, supporting existing accounts through tire performance tracking and reporting, training and developing sales personnel, and exploring new technologies to strengthen our market position. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new OTR customer accounts and grow existing relationships. Conduct tire performance tracking and reporting to provide actionable insights for customers and internal teams. Lead, mentor, and train sales team members to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies that enhance tire performance, tracking, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Director of OTR and cross-functional teams to achieve regional sales goals and support company objectives. Represent Colony Tire at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed. Qualifications
Proven sales experience in the OTR tire, commercial tire, or related heavy equipment industry required. Strong track record of building customer relationships and delivering sales growth. Experience training, coaching, or mentoring sales staff preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret data to drive decision-making. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage time effectively in a regional role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tire tracking/reporting technology is a plus. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
