Sales Support Specialist . As a member of the sales team, this role ensures the attainment of revenue and sales targets by providing exceptional support to Territory Managers, as well as cultivating partnerships and relationships with our external customers. Location: Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities
Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, providing recommendations, tracing order status or product shipments Visit customers independently and collaborate with Territory Managers to achieve sales goals Maintain and build customer relationships while resolving customer issues Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone Ensure ongoing accuracy of customer and product information Stay informed on present and future policies, practices, and trends within the organization and market Prepare analyses, agendas, content, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs Provide support for proposals and cylinder audits Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required Prior Sales Support experience preferred Industrial gas or welding experience preferred Effective communication and active listening skills Upholds high standards of honesty and integrity Demonstrates personal ownership for safety and actively contributes to a strong safety culture Contributes to a positive work environment where differences are valued and supported Strives for personal achievement and helps others attain results Ensures accountability through collaboration and interpersonal skills Benefits
