Retail Sales Manager, MWT| AT&T Authorized Retailer - Kearny, NJ (Bilingual/Spanish)
Millennium Wireless Technology, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Manager for the AT&T Authorized Retailer location in Kearny, NJ. This role leads a high-performing, sales-driven retail store and reports to store leadership. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
Overview Overview and key responsibilities for the Retail Sales Manager role at MWT, including leadership of a high-traffic wireless store and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach a high-performing retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Recruit, hire, and develop store staff; identify and cultivate talent.
Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and performance metrics; monitor KPIs and implement action plans.
Drive sales using a structured sales process, product knowledge, and effective upselling techniques.
Foster a positive, customer-focused store environment aligned with company values.
Collaborate with district leadership and support teams to ensure store readiness and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in retail wireless sales with a track record of closing sales.
Managed at least 3 direct reports in a retail sales environment or related field.
Ability to work 40+ hours per week, travel to local events as needed, stand for extended periods.
Spanish language fluency is preferred.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Strong recruiting and talent development experience.
GRIT — disciplined to overcome obstacles to achieve goals; dynamic personality with positive energy.
Experience in high-volume, customer-focused retail settings and with POS systems.
Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $64,625.00/yr - $129,440.00/yr. Commission: Unlimited commission potential. Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, Vacation Pay, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and 401k.
