Join 7th Level as an Outbound Arizona Sales Development Representative! This is a full-time, remote position that allows you to connect with clients globally from your home. The SDR is an entry-level sales role focused on prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to set up meetings for the Sales Account Executives. Who We Are

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to enable marketing reach growth at 7th Level. Are you a dynamic communicator who loves building relationships? You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting the stage for our sales team to shine. Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Actively research and identify potential new customers and target accounts. Use various tools and databases to find key contacts and their information. Outbound Communication:

Initiate contact with potential leads through a high volume of cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce the company's value proposition. Lead Qualification:

Conduct discovery calls to assess a lead's needs, pain points, and budget to determine if they are a good fit for the product or service. This involves using a qualification framework (e.g., BANT). Appointment Setting:

Schedule qualified meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives (SAEs). CRM Management:

Accurately log all sales activities, prospect information, and communication in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Maintain a clean and organized database. Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate the value proposition. Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets for calls, emails, and qualified meetings. Other duties:

Perform other miscellaneous functions and special projects as assigned. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:

$3,300 monthly plus commission, full-time, 40 hours. Holidays:

13 paid company holidays Vacation:

2 weeks of paid vacation accrued annually and 40 hours of paid sick time. Location:

Work alongside the Executive Team in Scottsdale, Arizona, headquarters Benefits:
