https://www.bondedlogistics.com/customer-account-specialist-5224/ Location: 5224 Gibbon Road, Charlotte Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Specialist who will combine customer service, account management, and logistics expertise to handle clients’ transportation and shipping needs. He/she will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients , managing orders, resolving issues and ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will….. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations. Enter, process and track freight orders ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving of items. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to shipping and receiving orders and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction, and help to clear any roadblocks that may arise. Understand logistics processes, such as: transportation, warehousing and inventory management. Communicate with customers clearly and professionally, and provide updates on their orders, shipments and other relevant information. Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to management. Collaborate with the Operations team to understand customers’ needs and support their efforts. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and, help to streamline processes for better customer service. Skills Strong client services orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Cadence or a similar platform for data entry . Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive experiences. Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insights. Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy during data entry tasks. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of experience in a customer service or administrative role in warehouse setting.
