As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you are essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while leading and mentoring our sales team. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, a strong sense of integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties: Supervise daily store operations and ensure high levels of customer service. Train, coach, and mentor sales associates to enhance their skills and performance. Oversee merchandising and inventory management to maintain store presentation standards. Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and promotions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Assist in scheduling and managing staff hours to ensure adequate coverage. Monitor and report on sales performance and team productivity. Requirements & Qualifications: Previous experience in retail management, preferably with Ace Hardware. Strong merchandising experience and an eye for detail. Proven ability to supervise and coach employees effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. Reliability and flexibility in work schedule, including nights and weekends. A strong sense of integrity and commitment to team success.
