Client Service Manager Trainee - Achieve January 2026 at Gallagher. $37,500.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr What you’ll do
This is an 18-month program to prepare you to advance from a Client Service Associate to a Client Service Manager. You will gain knowledge and experience in insurance brokering and risk management, with paid training hours and in-office/remote work as assigned. Work cross-functionally to provide exceptional service to internal and external clients Support workflow processes by creating documents, certificates, and reports using available systems Handle new business applications and foster client relationships through routine calls and correspondence Assist with marketing efforts by compiling information for high-quality RFP responses Research and resolve routine issues and escalate as needed You will also participate in web-based and in-person seminars to expand industry knowledge and work toward attaining your Property & Casualty license and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation. About you
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong technological proficiency with various software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel to the home office in Rolling Meadows, IL once during the program (travel expenses covered by Gallagher) Successful completion of the Property & Casualty license exam within 90 days of start date Nice-to-Haves: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree Previous internship or work experience Knowledge of or interest in insurance brokering and risk management Compensation and benefits
