Client Engagement Educate clients on enhancing their home's health, safety, and comfort Customer Support Address inquiries and provide essential equipment information Team Collaboration Maintain regular communication with sales coordinators and managers Documentation Thoroughly document each call and job for seamless operations Professional Development Participate in required training, meetings, and prospecting activities
