About The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers by providing excellent service, sharing product knowledge, and inspiring their style choices. You will inform customers about current merchandise, promotions, and store events, while executing operational tasks efficiently. Your goal is to bring the brand to life, foster loyalty, and deliver productivity. What You'll Do
Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to provide a premium customer experience. Assist customers, locate merchandise, and answer questions promptly. Offer style suggestions using mannequins and displays for inspiration. Educate customers about loyalty programs. Utilize omni-channel offerings to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Support sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout, and back-of-house operations as needed. Respond courteously and promptly to requests. Exchange and verify job-related information to support team efforts. Who You Are
A good communicator who effectively uses technology and engages with customers and team members to meet goals. A problem solver focused on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and proactive in taking action. Capable of handling customer interactions courteously and professionally. Skilled in basic information gathering to resolve issues. Quick learner of procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
