As a sales representative in the Sports Medicine specialty, be the face of Stryker products. Serve as a sales lead, prepare and participate in leading sales pitches and demo meetings, and work with cross-divisional sales reps to create strategic goals and targets. Participate in trade shows, analyze market territory, manage inventory reports, negotiate prices and terms of transactions, and solve product problems for customers. You are not just selling products—you’re acting as a subject matter expert. Educate doctors, nurses, and staff about the use and maintenance of our products; facilitate direct product evaluations in Operating Rooms or office settings. Enjoy daily variety and the freedom to adjust time to focus on what will bring the most value to customers and the market. 2–5 years of experience in an outside sales position (medical-related fields preferred). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience including operating room experience. Must be able to drive an automobile. Attributes: confident communicators, charismatic networkers, strategic closers, trusted partners, and competitive achievers who are committed to exceeding sales quotas and driving growth in sports medicine. Ability to generate growth in sports medicine sales and train clinicians on product usage. Responsibilities And Duties
