Essential Requirements
Drive projects from conception to completion
Write core communications materials (press releases, backgrounders, key messages, FAQs, digital content and internal communications pieces
Oversee monitoring for account teams as needed
Work with Syneos Health shared services as need
Work with team to develop client presentations, including writing tactics
Work with team and on new business pitches; organize research, develop insights, develop creative briefs, brainstorm, write up tactics
Manage timelines/deadlines; create project trackers/track deliverables
Organize team members
Manage budgeting, forecasting (or be ready to learn)
Keep clients informed
Clearly communicate POV to clients â both written
Organize events
Provide clear direction to/work with creative studios
Identify opportunities to bring in issues and corporate practices
Desired Requirements
Experience in preferably in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry, and a bachelor’s degree
Able to juggle/prioritize multiple priorities
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun and supportive) environment
Must have strong attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including experience with client communication
Must be high energy, enthusiastic and have a passion for healthcare Experience with Cision, Factiva, PowerPoint, Excel, billing systems
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $95-$120.00, but may vary based on various factors such as the candidateâs qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
