Own and facilitate client operations: from implementation through renewal, ensuring clients realize business value and outcomes by utilizing Zylo’s solutions effectively. Drive Zylo usage and adoption: Partner with clients to implement strategies that align with client outcomes and maximize utilization of Zylo's solutions. Client engagement: Conduct regular meetings and provide support to enhance understanding and usage, including education, and ticket creation/escalation with follow-up through closure. Monitor account health: Use data and insights to proactively address risks and identify expansion opportunities. Change management: Help clients onboard, manage turnover, and identify gaps where opportunities exist for platform consumption across personas. Identify lifecycle activities: Proactively identify renewal and upsell opportunities, collaborating with SAEs and Managed Services team members. Cultivate relationships: Build relationships with stakeholders and executives for growth and referrals, communicating value within the platform. Insight creation: Summarize account details and opportunities for actionable insights in monthly meetings, quarterly business reviews, and annual business reviews. Participate in events: Engage in webinars, corporate events, and marketing campaigns, including driving attendance and on-site client visits. Tactical assessment: Analyze financial and utilization data to educate clients and assist internal teams, and support Data Operations and Support as needed. Knowledge management: Update knowledge base articles and advocate for product features and enhancements with marketing and product teams. Requirements

What you need 3+ years in a client-facing technical success role, serving as the primary point-of-contact and solving client problems. Experience in IT, Procurement, or SaaS, working with cross-functional teams on cloud-based software purchasing, deployment, and/or management. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Impeccable communication skills to articulate complex concepts and effectively engage diverse stakeholders. Travel expectations: quarterly visits to HQ in Indianapolis, client travel as needed. Experience working with large data sets, extracting insights and anomalies to shape new client opportunities. Experience creating professional deliverables with visuals to convey insights. Ability to oversee multiple projects across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with tools: Google Slides, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Excel, and Sisense.
