Job Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support sales staff by coordinating orders, inventory, and product distribution. Job Responsibilities Receive customer phone calls; provide support to customers and contractors via phone and in person Refer to product catalogs and specification guides to determine related product uses and applications Work closely with outside sales representatives regarding sales promotions and initiatives which require phone contact and follow-up Help customers with design ideas or problems; provide customer feedback to management Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and keep customers informed of such schedules Retrieve information for the credit department when needed Other duties may be assigned as needed Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, or related education/experience Forklift experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Previous sales experience required Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred Knowledge of concrete masonry is a plus What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental, and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings plan Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long heritage as a collection of family businesses, regional companies, and large enterprises.
