Position Summary Based in Texas, the Senior Sales Executive will develop and implement sales strategies to sell products and services to new large group accounts or government programs, pursue new growth channels, and drive sales and retention across assigned areas. Responsibilities

Develops and implements sales strategies to sell products and services to new large group accounts or government programs in an assigned business segment, product, or geography. Performs business development activities to identify potential new clients in a specified territory or geographic area. High influence on sales and retention of business. Develops new business opportunities and cultivates strong relationships to generate sales for large or complex accounts. Implements strategies to attain sales objectives in assigned areas. Manages complex negotiations and consults on renewals to position products, pricing, and expanded portfolios to maximize revenue. Works with clients to identify needs and presents a multifaceted package using the full product array. Coordinates integration of client and Aetna internal/partners cross-functionally to complete sales, installation, servicing, and product development activities as appropriate. Identifies opportunities to partner with clients using the full range of product lines and industry-specific solutions. Prepares and presents materials with subject-matter experts, coordinating stakeholders for successful presentations. Identifies market trends and participates in community and industry events as an Aetna representative; collaborates with account management on assigned book of business. Ensures products, pricing, and services meet client needs while achieving revenue growth and profitability. Explores cross-sell opportunities within new or existing customers to support post-sale activities. Leads Sales Planning, Distribution Channel, Sales Processes, and RFP/Quoting processes. Engages in senior-level discussions and contributes practical ideas for process improvements. Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant healthcare sales industry experience. Ability to explain process elements and issues in relation to organizational trends. Persuasive presentation skills with ability to move clients toward purchase. Strong negotiation ability with internal/external clients to achieve profitable outcomes. Solid understanding of business financials, products, and services. TPA experience. Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred, or equivalent work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours

Full time Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $60,400.00 - $126,582.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Our people fuel our future.
