Sales Representative
to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service. The role involves continuously sourcing new customers, helping customers find and design their dream home, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Location: Louisville, KY. This position is full-time. Responsibilities
Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges; establish DR Horton as the best solution Overcome objections and close sales Maintain accurate documentation of the transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction Continually source new sales opportunities Create and provide management with a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships Network and conduct outreach to realtors Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with other team members Maintain and expand the database of prospects Attend sales meetings and conduct business professionally and ethically Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop Ability to follow written or oral instructions and use DRH Sales applications Proficiency with MS Office and email Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, with ability to lift up to 25 pounds; vision requirements as described Regular exposure to outside weather conditions; moderate noise level Preferred Qualifications
Licensing requirements vary by state Prior CRM software experience Previous sales experience; knowledge of the industry preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated Benefits
