Counter Sales , you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. Prior experience in automotive parts is helpful, but not mandatory—willingness to learn is key.
What You Will Be Doing
Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
Assisting team members with customer inquiries using your parts knowledge
Delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive shopping experiences
Engaging customers with high energy in a fast-paced environment
Utilizing technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs
This Is The Right Opportunity For You If You
Enjoy helping customers with auto parts questions
Have automotive industry experience or hands-on vehicle repair experience
Are eager to learn automotive knowledge
Seek growth and career development opportunities
What You’ll Need
Valid Driver’s License
Experience in a parts store or automotive field, or willingness to learn
High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses a plus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
Strong listening skills and empathy
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
Passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership work
Experience with cataloging or inventory systems
Customer-centric mindset
ASE Certifications (a plus)
