Account Executive , you’ll be a key player in expanding our brand’s presence and deepening relationships with wholesale partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys blending strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

What You’ll Be Doing Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.

Partner with buyers to curate assortments tailored to each account’s unique needs.

Conduct store visits and competitive shopping to gather insights and feedback directly from the field.

Sales Strategy & Forecasting

Analyze seasonal sales performance and develop detailed forecasts to inform business planning.

Monitor account activity including sales, shipping, and profitability to ensure goals are met.

Communicate customer needs to cross‑functional partners in Planning, Product, and Marketing.

Negotiation & Order Management

Lead internal and external negotiations to meet sales and profit targets.

Manage order tracking, sample shipping, and account setup procedures, including Drop Ship programs.

Inventory Optimization & Profitability

Collaborate with planners to maintain account P&Ls and markdown projections.

Recommend markdown strategies and alternative inventory solutions to maximize profitability and minimize liabilities.

Market Engagement & Brand Collaboration

Organize and prepare for shoe shows, showroom presentations, and regional events.

Collaborate with brand leaders to align product offerings with market needs.

Stay informed on competitive landscape and customer trends to guide product development and positioning.

What You’ll Need Skills & Strengths

Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong analytical skills, including retail math and the ability to interpret sales metrics.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and flexibility.

High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Professional presence and a customer‑first approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years in footwear or accessory wholesale sales.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in footwear/accessory sales.
