High School diploma or GED required Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, or equivalent education and training Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Alignment with Rosecrance's mission and vision Position Purpose:

The Accounting Clerk processes vendor invoices, manages client funds, and handles payments and deposits, ensuring accurate financial records across all Rosecrance locations. Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Verify vendor invoices and employee reimbursements Ensure invoices are approved and correctly coded Enter invoices and prepare payments Maintain financial records and reports Comply with all relevant policies and regulations Provide excellent customer service and represent Rosecrance positively Perform additional duties as assigned Schedule:

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Work Location:
