Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst will report to the Head of US Markets, supporting carrier engagement across all markets in the United States. They will work with internal teams and engage external carriers to drive performance and growth. Additionally, they will profile key trading partners, developing overviews of portfolios and relationships, and work towards elevating Acrisure’s status with carriers as the company evolves. Responsibilities: Collate carrier production reports and track performance. Prepare for carrier review sessions, including data analysis, material development, and agenda setting. Communicate regularly with placement teams to gather qualitative performance data. Conduct data analysis to provide insights into portfolios. Support long-term planning with foresight and risk/opportunity analysis. Assist in restructuring carrier engagement strategies under the new divisional structure. Engage with stakeholders and support initiatives. Analyze carrier compensation plans to maximize revenue. Develop communication materials for compensation structures. Stay informed on industry dynamics and prepare documentation for leaders. Requirements: Understanding of negotiation processes with carriers regarding compensation and trading elements. Strong data and analytical skills related to (re)insurance portfolios and compensation plans. Excellent presentation skills for leadership audiences. Ability to assess carrier reports and performance indicators. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field. At least five years of experience in US retail or wholesale insurance markets. Familiarity with various compensation methods. Experience in data reporting and strategy support. Experience with technology to improve performance. Technology Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
