Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from July 13, 2026 through Dec 4, 2026. The IT Finance Department at ADUSA is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of all IT-related projects across the organization. Our department plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, ensuring that IT projects are financially sustainable and aligned with the company's strategic goals. We work closely with various IT teams, senior management, and external vendors to ensure effective financial management and to provide insights that drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities

Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process for ongoing and upcoming IT projects. Assisting in financial analysis and reporting, providing insights on IT project costs, ROI, and financial performance Collaborating with IT project managers to track and manage project expenses Contributing to the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management Participating in departmental meetings and providing analytical support as needed Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling or data analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong presentation presence before leadership Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
