Responsibilities Searching for an energetic, outgoing, and ambitious
Assistant Property Manager
to join a great team at
. In addition to creating relationships with future and current residents, you will have the opportunity to use your creative talents and business sense to create and implement marketing programs, host resident events, and create the overall community experience.
As an
Assistant Property Manager , you will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of Canterbury Arms to include:
Office management and general administrative duties
Marketing the property to its full potential in accordance with company selection criteria and Fair Housing Laws
Conducting tours with prospects
Communicating with prospective renters and current tenants in person, by phone or email. Strong follow-up of leads
Processing rental applications and renewals;
Assisting in hosting community activities for residents
Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience specifically in real estate sales or leasing is required. Must have IREM ARM certification or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment. Must be organized with strong computer skills. An outgoing personality, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively is needed. Reliable transportation required. The ability to climb stairs continuously is necessary. This is a non-smoking and pet-friendly community.
