(audit and/or tax) About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Senior Accountant

with 3–5 years of experience and a

Big 4 foundation

to lead key areas of our financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of accounting processes, support strategic financial analysis, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced, dynamic investment environment. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management

Lead first-pass calculations for management fees and profit-sharing across multiple investment funds Prepare year-end tax packages and support external tax advisors Manage bank activity, maintain a comprehensive cash dashboard, and ensure timely reconciliation Review and approve AP documentation and payment processing packages Support monthly and quarterly performance analysis for Fund of Funds and Private Wealth portfolios Assist in the modeling and analysis of liquidation and secondary market scenarios Transaction Oversight

Oversee the entry and review of wire and ACH transactions Monitor daily liquidity and ensure proper cash positioning across business lines Reconcile weekly cash flow forecasts with actual bank activity Serve as liaison with fund administrators and external accountants on quarterly deliverables Bookkeeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate SPV bookkeeping using Excel on a quarterly basis Manage management company accounting in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance Prepare and present quarterly internal financial reports to leadership Maintain and update organizational charts and legal entity structures Coordinate and compile audit requests, confirmations, and supporting documentation Perform weekly cash and account reconciliations Compliance & Documentation

Lead the preparation of annual insurance application data and support renewals Reconcile vendor payments for annual 1099 filings Support data collection and analysis for ADV and other SEC filings Partner & Stakeholder Support

Compile and present cash and NAV data for partner balance sheets Provide accurate and timely tax documentation to external accountants for partner reporting Qualifications:

CPA is required (could be a candidate who is taking tests processing through their CPA application) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, including

Big 4 public accounting is highly preferred but not required Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel Solid grasp of GAAP, fund accounting principles, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills A high degree of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
