We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Shipper to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Post Closing department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipping of mortgage loan files while maintaining strong communication with various departments and investors. · Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor guidelines. · Organize and stack loan documents in the correct order for shipping to investors. · Upload mandatory and best-effort loans to the appropriate investor. · Ensure accurate payment of MI for FHA, VA, and USDA loans. · Update loan information in FHA Connection and manage all FHA loans. · Pull UCDs for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on all conventional loans. · Address outstanding conditions promptly by uploading them as required. · Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. · Complete required forms and checklists for investors within established deadlines. · Notify the appropriate team members or departments of any deficiencies in loan files and respond to requests for missing documentation. What You Need:
· Prior shipping experience is preferred. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. · Ability to manage and protect confidential information. · A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
