Accounting Associate (AR)
to join them. You will report to the
Controller
and will have an
onsite
work structure in
Creedmoor, North Carolina. To be considered for the

opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Associate Degree in Accounting A minimum of two years’ accounting experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) As an
Accounting Associate (AR)
, you will: Perform daily customer Invoicing Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions Monitor customer accounts receivable balances on a regular basis to ensure accounts are current Contact customers to collect past due accounts Investigate and resolve issues as they relate to billing, short payments, over payments, credit memos, etc. Perform entry and reconciliation of G/L accounts for Accounts Receivable Assist with General Ledger journal entries Assist with weekly check runs, monitoring of emails for payables, receivables, etc. as needed Perform administrative and office support activities for various departments within the organization Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance Competitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance) Flexible working arrangements Paid volunteering opportunities Access to mental health champions across our sites Commitment to development Employee referral program Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00/hour, based on experience #LI-Onsite EOE/Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran Compensation Pay Range $25.00-$28.00/hour, based on experience Please click here to review Ontic's California Consumer Privacy Act policy .
